Pouilly Fumé
The vines are grown on sand and silex, giving to the wine its mineral taste. Once grapes are harvested, they are immediately crushed and strained, then slowly pressed to focus the best of the fragrance. The grapes are then placed in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks for alcoholic fermentation during 4 weeks. At this time, we pay particular attention to the fermentation temperatures. After this process, the wine matures 4 months on its fine lees
With its lovely golden colour and fresh and fruity nose, the wine has a very nice freshness combined with a flinty or "pierre à fusil" taste
