Vin de Pays Cuvée l'Abatleux Harvested from the slopes of the Loire Valley known as "Jardin de la France" (Garden of France) around Sancerre, grapes are put into tanks. After 2 weeks of maceration, the pinot noir undergoes its malolactic fermentation in tanks. As for the sauvignon, it will be vinified in stainless steel tanks.
