Harvested from the slopes of the Loire Valley known as "Jardin de la France" (Garden of France) around Sancerre, grapes are put into tanks. After 2 weeks of maceration, the pinot noir undergoes its malolactic fermentation in tanks. As for the sauvignon, it will be vinified in stainless steel tanks.

 

Sauvignon

 

Clear hue

with golden green reflections. This nice wine is full of fruit, fresh and crisp with well developed aromas reminding passionfruit. 

 

Pinot Noir
